Any student who chooses not to continue with a JTeach Academy course can receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee if their parent/guardian (or student if they are 18 years of age or older) informs JTeach Academy in writing prior to the fourth (4th) scheduled class of their course or before November 1st, whichever comes first for the applicable academic year.
Students may choose to transfer to a different JTeach Academy course, during the same academic year as their original course, without incurring additional costs so long as there is an appropriate course available and they meet any course prerequisites. Transferring courses must occur prior to the fifth (5th) class of the desired course.
Due to administrative challenges, JTeach Academy cannot entertain exceptions to this policy.
Any student who drops the course without written notice to JTeach Academy, will still be entirely responsible for the full registration fee. Of $799.
